- Each 3D revision adds 1 day. Lock the design at confirmation; the file is then used for sampling and bulk.
- Samples: 15-20 days. Small edits are OK; major changes that alter the 3D structure restart step 1 and generate new cost.
- Bulk: 35-45 days. Production uses 0.1-0.3 micron plating (other thicknesses can be customized) and REACH/CE/SGS, nickel-free, lead-free QC.
- Packaging: OPP bag by default; custom branded packaging from 10,000 pieces.
Packaging note. Default packaging is an OPP bag. Custom branded packaging starts at 10,000 pieces; tell us early so we include it in the quote.
